Aricio is a first-generation Latinx family business rooted in the artisan tradition of Oaxaca, Mexico - and built in North County, San Diego. Every wallet we make is handcrafted from premium full-grain leather by artisans with over 15 years of experience, engineered with military-grade RFID protection, and designed to work seamlessly with your iPhone via our patent-pending MagSafe magnetic system.

We didn't set out to make just another wallet. We set out to make something worth keeping  something with a story behind it, a culture behind it, and craftsmanship you can feel. When you carry Aricio, you carry all of that with you.

Oaxaca is one of the most culturally rich states in all of Mexico a land of ancient Zapotec and Mixtec civilizations, renowned mezcal, extraordinary cuisine, and artisan traditions that have been passed down for generations. From the black clay pottery of San Bartolo Coyotepec to the hand-loomed textiles of Teotitlán del Valle, Oaxacan artisans have always created with their hands and their hearts.

Our family comes from Rosario Nuevo, a small pueblo in Oaxaca where that same spirit of making - of creating something lasting from something natural lives in everything. That spirit is the foundation of every Aricio piece.

Every wallet we make is handcrafted by skilled Latinx artisans with over 15 years of leatherworking experience. Their hands shape each cut, stitch each seam, and finish each edge with the same care and pride that Oaxacan craftspeople have brought to their work for centuries.
