Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Aricio, every wallet and purse is handcrafted in small batches by skilled artisans. Because of this, we have created a clear cancellation policy for each way you can purchase from us. This policy covers standard orders, preorders, and custom laser-engraved items.

Standard Orders

You may cancel a standard order free of charge at any time before it ships. To cancel, email us at ariciodesign@gmail.com with your order number and the word CANCEL in the subject line. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may instead return it under our 30-day return policy. Please see our Refund Policy page for full details.

Preorders

Some Aricio products, including the NATI RFID Mag Grande Purse and the Dandy Mag RFID Wallet, are offered as preorders. Preorder items are crafted in small batches and ship at a later date shown on the product page.

When you place a preorder, your payment method is charged at checkout. You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before the item ships. To cancel, email us at ariciodesign@gmail.com with your order number, and the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

If the estimated shipping date for your preorder changes by more than 30 days, we will notify you by email, and you will have the option to cancel for a full refund.

Once a preorder ships, it is treated as a standard order, and our 30-day return policy applies.

Custom and Laser Engraved Orders

Items from our Laser Engrave (L.E.) Collection, special orders, and any personalized items are made specifically for you.

You may cancel a custom or engraved order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, or once engraving or production has begun, custom orders can no longer be cancelled or returned, because the item has been personalized just for you.

If a custom item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us right away and we will make it right.

How to Cancel

Send an email to ariciodesign@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and the item you wish to cancel. We respond to cancellation requests within 1 business day. A cancellation is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us by email.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations are refunded in full to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Changes to an Order

Need to change a shipping address, color, or style instead of canceling? Email us at ariciodesign@gmail.com as soon as possible. We are happy to make changes to any order that has not yet shipped, and to any custom order before engraving has begun.

European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
