Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at ariciodesign@gmail.com. We reply to every return request within 2 business days and will send you the return address along with simple instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

You cover return shipping on standard returns. If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and send you a prepaid label.

Refunds cover the price of the product. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Personalized and engraved items follow the same 30-day return policy as the rest of our products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order the moment it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can make it right.

Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards and final-sale items. Reach out if you have a question about a specific product.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at ariciodesign@gmail.com.
